Issue is a task, bug report, feature request or whatever you decide (and assign with category field).
Every issue has it's author (user, who created the issue) and one or multiple assignees.
Each issue is classified with category and priority, has it's status and progress.
After creating each issue can be supplemented with comments and file attachments.
